What is the maximum file size for IRCC uploads?
IRCC limits each uploaded file to 4 MB across its online application portals. If your document is larger, compress it. The Compress PDF tool does this in your browser.
What file formats does IRCC accept?
IRCC accepts PDF, TIFF, JPG, PNG, DOC and DOCX. Excel files are not accepted. PDF is safest, and multiple documents for one checklist slot must be combined into a single file.
Why can't I merge IRCC forms with other PDFs?
IMM forms often use fillable form fields that break simple mergers. Flatten the form first with the Flatten IMM Form tool, then merge it normally.
What size is a Canada visa photo?
35 mm × 45 mm, head framed roughly 31-36 mm chin-to-crown, neutral expression, plain light background. The Canada Visa Photo tool crops to this automatically.
How do I sign IRCC forms electronically?
